Become a Member
Student United Way welcomes all students interested in joining our club. Unlike other clubs, we have no minimum hour commitment or dues to be considered an active member. We encourage all our members to participate in service projects and days sponsored by other student groups on campus. Each month we recognize the most active member through the member of the month program. If you are interested in joining, please contact Pat Fish at Patrick-Fish@augustana.edu.
What does it mean to be a member?
Membership requirements depend on the college campus; however, the point of the club is not to be another club where students feel obliged to attend meetings. This is a service group celebrating what students are already doing and promoting more students to volunteer in the community. Become a member and join the United Way cause to LIVE UNITED.
Incentives
One of the perks to joining Student United Way is that students are recognized for their volunteer efforts. In an effort to support and promote volunteerism, multiple incentive events will be offered throughout the school year for students that give their time to volunteer in the community.
