2009 Leadership Chair Mike Mack is challenging you to increase Leadership Giving among your employees. As encouragement, we've created some friendly competition through the Leadership Challenge. Businesses will compete in the following categories:

- % change in number of donors 08-09
- % change in Leadership dollars raised 08-09
- % change in Leadership Giving per capita
- % change of Leadership Giving as part of the employee campaign
- % of donors that give at Leadership level in 09

Challenge winners will be recognized at the Community Celebration and in our Annual Report.
